浅谈微波治疗鼻腔Little氏区反复出血

目的:总结微波治疗鼻腔Little氏区反复出血的效果。方法:对76例鼻腔Little氏区反复出血患者施行微波治疗,并对止血方法、效果进行分析。结果:全部病例均一次性止血,全部病例均随访3～6月,均未出现再次出血。无鼻中隔穿孔、鼻腔粘连等并发症发生。结论:鼻腔Little氏区是鼻出血的好发部位,发生出血时首先是止血。对所有就诊时明确Little氏区反复出血者均予微波治疗,治疗效果显著,值得在基层医院推广应用。

Objective： To summarize the microwave in the treatment of nasal Little＇s recurrent hemorrhage. Methods： 76cases of nasal Little＇s area of repeated hemorrhage patients with microwave treatment, and the hemostatic method, effect analysis. Results： All the cases were dis- posable hemostasis, all the cases were followed up for three months, there were no blecding again. No perforation of the nasal septum, adhesion of nasal cavity （1） and other complication. Conclusion： nasal Little＇s area is epistaxis predilection sites of hemorrhage is bleeding. For all visit clear Little ＇s recurrent bleeding, to the microwave treatment, remarkable treatment effect, it is worth using in base hospital.
