摘要
根据热平衡原理,提出了一种新的连续式太阳能电池烧结炉加热功率的计算方法,建立了加热功率的计算模型。此方法克服了以往烧结炉功率计算方法的局限;并将计算结果与实际炉型比较,说明计算的功率值达到要求的精度,证明了方法的可靠性。模型可以扩展应用到其它产品的烧结设备。
A new heating power calculation method of continuous sintering furnace for solar cell was put forward based on thermal balance principle, and the heating power calculation model was established as well. The suggested method overcomes some drawback of conventional approach. The exactness was illustrated by the comparison between computed results and the data of actual product, and the calculation reliability was proved as well. The way of modeling can be expanded to sintering equipments for other products.
