基于Procast的螺旋钻铸钢件工艺分析及优化

摘要 螺旋钻铸钢件工作环境恶劣,需要有良好的铸件内部组织。利用Procast软件对原始的铸造工艺进行模拟分析,发现存在收缩类的缺陷。在此基础上,对原始工艺进行了优化,并对优化后的工艺进行了模拟分析。模拟结果显示,不存在收缩类缺陷。按照优化后的铸造工艺对样品进行了试制。经X射线和超声波检测,满足标准的要求。 The working environments of auger steel castings are bad. It needs very good inside castings quality. The original pouring system was simulated based on Procast soRware and shrinkage porosities inside were found. Then the pouring system was optimized and optimized technology was simulated. The results show that shrinkage defects are inexistence. According to revised pouring system, casting's samples were poured. Through X-ray test and UT test, the quality of casting's samples can meet request of the standard.
