压铸过程模拟软件对比分析研究

摘要 分析了当前流行的压铸过程模拟软件PROCAST及FLOW-3D的特点、原理及操作过程。介绍了软件的操作流程。针对某产品实例,利用两个软件分别进行了充型模拟实验,对比分析了模拟结果。这对工程技术人员及软件的二次开发者能提供一定的参考价值。 The characteristics, principle and operation of the popular die-casting process simulation software PROCAST and the FLOW-3D were analyzed. Operation process of the software was described. For an instance of products, filling model was simulated respectively with two soffwares, and then comparative analysis of simulation results was enforced. This can provide some reference value for secondary developer of software and engineering technical personnel.
