摘要
针对高强度低合金钢S700MC,其在焊接时,由于焊接冷却速率的不同,导致了组织、硬度也会发生变化。在Gleeble1500D热模拟机上,模拟出焊接的加热环境,然后采用模拟焊接冷却的方法再把试样冷却至组织转换结束。然后观察其金相组织,测定组织成分的百分含量,测定其硬度。试验结果表明,在焊接时,尤其是在其焊接后冷却的后制程中,因为其冷却速率的不同,试样的金相组织及硬度也会发生一定规律的变化。
Aiming at high strength low alloy steel S700MC, on the welding, the microstructure, hardness and performance have some differents because the welding cooling rate is different. Using a Gleeblel500D simulator, simulating the welding heating environment, then cooling the sample to end of the tissue conversion by the method of simulating the welding cooling, the microstructure was observed, the percent content of tissue, hardness and other data were determined. The experiments show that, on the time of welding, especially on its cooling in the process after the welding, because the cooling rate of the sample is different, the microstructure and hardness of the sample has the certain changes on rule.
