摘要
针对掘进机本体部(焊接组件)进行振动时效试验研究,并与热时效进行了对比分析。结果表明,振动时效处理可以取代热时效,更有利于掘进机本体部残余应力的释放。
The vibratory stress relief (VSR) of roadheader's main body section was carried out, meanwhile the results were compared with heat ageing. The results show that VSR can replace heat ageing, and VSR is more conducive to release residual stress of roadheader's main body section.
