摘要
在对自行车曲柄锥形方孔的工艺性分析之后,决定采用挤压工艺成形曲柄锥形方孔。介绍了锥形方孔挤压模的结构及工作过程,介绍了模具设计。并对生产中出现的问题,提出了解决措施,保证了零件方孔的尺寸精度,使凸模的使用寿命由原来的不足800件,提高到15000件。减少了换模次数,提高了挤压曲柄毛坯锥形方孔的生产效率,满足了零件大批量生产的要求。同时,其对同类型零件的加工能提供借鉴。
After process analysis of tapered square hole in the bicycle crank, the extrusion process of crank tapered square holes was adopted. The extrusion die structure and working process were introduced. And then die design was introduced. Aiming at the problems in production, solving measure was put forward. The square holes size precision of parts is ensured. The convex die service life is enhanced from original inadequacy 800 up to 15000 pieces. The die changing times is reduced. Production efficiency is improved. Those can meet the requirements of mass production of the parts. At the same time, it can provide a reference for the process of the same types of parts.
