基于UGNX6.0和PowerMILL的汽车变速器下端头热锻模具设计与制造的优化

摘要 通过对下端头的形状及加工工艺分析,确定了锻造工艺方案及模具结构。由于模具结构比较复杂,设计比较困难;由于模具的曲面多,普通机床加工,精度无法保证。为了解决这些问题,以UG完成锻造模具设计,再由PowerMILL进行模具的数控加工,并对模具数控加工过程进行了模拟。模具加工完成后试模一次成功,达到模具设计与制造要求。 Through shape and process analysis of the inferior extremity head, the forging process and die structure were determined. Since the die structure was more complex, the design was more difficult. Since the die camber surface was more, ordinary machine tool processing accuracy can not be guaranteed. In order to solve these problems, the finish forging die was designed by UG, and then die was machined by the NC software PowerMILL. The NC machining process was simulated. After processing complete die, debugging once succeed to achieve design and manufacturing requirements.
