结核分枝杆菌致病机制及结核病新型诊断技术研究

摘要 结核分枝杆菌(Mtb)是重要的全球性致病菌,引起的结核病是世界上致死率最高的传染病之一。据世界卫生组织报告,全球每年有约200万人死于结核病,其中98%的死亡都发生在发展中国家,如南非、印度和中国等。我们课题组通过基础研究与临床需求的紧密结合,在Mtb的进化和致病机制研究以及结核病诊断和药敏快速检测新方法的建立等方面都取得了较大的进展。 Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) has been a serious threat to human health globally. However, the diagnosis, therapy, prevention and increasing drug resistance remain to be major problems for tuberculosis control in China. Our group focused on the genome microevolution and pathogenesis of Mtb and the development of novel rapid diagnosis for tuberculosis and Mtb drug susceptibility test. So far, we have made some significant progress in the Mtb virulence evolution and tuberculosis clinical applications.
