摘要
随着柴油机平均有效压力不断提高,新一代高增压柴油机对其排气系统的设计要求也相应提高。兼有变压系统和定压系统优点的MSEM系统目前已得到广泛应用。在230高速大功率柴油机提高Pme的强化机型上,利用“一维非定常流混合计算模型”程序对其采用不同支管型式的组合式MSEM系统进行了设计计算,并对不同工作特性进行了比较研究;还结合相继涡轮增压系统措施在强化型机上对其部分工况性能作了初探,为进一步改善强化机性能提供了理论依据。
The continuous upgrade of BMEP of diesels has set a higher demand on the designing of the exhaust system for a new generation of turbocharged diesels. MSEM system, which boasts apparent advantages over both constant-pressure and pulse-pressure charging systems, has found wide deployment presently. To promote the output of 230 diesel, a high speed propulsion engine used on vessels, the applicability of combined MSEM systems with different disposition types of branches has been respectively studied on the basis of a special model, 'mixed calculation model of one-dimension unsteady flow'. Additionally, along with other technologies such as the sequential turbocharging, the performance of intensified engine at part loads has been approached initially.
