摘要
本文对船用柴油机气门用的GH751镍基高温合金钢新材料进行了使用性能、工艺性能试验和对比分析。结果表明,具有良好的超时效耐燃气腐蚀特性和疲劳强度。它不仅提高了排气门的使用功能,并且使用时可不需要进行阀面强化,降低了气门制造工艺的难度,具有良好的应用前景。
Experiments and comparative analyses have been conducted to investigate the service properties and technological possibilities of a new INCONEL material GH751 used for exhaust valves on marine diesel engines. The results have shown that this alloy steel features super aging, good corrosion-resistance and high fatigue strength, which have contributed to not only improvement on service performance of exhaust valves, but reduction of their technological difficulties due to needing no valve face intensification, thus exhibiting fine application prospects.
