螺旋HRCT加拆薄技术在早期诊断腔隙性脑梗死中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨螺旋高分辨率CT加拆薄技术对早期腔隙性脑梗死的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院2010年8月至2012年5月收治的48例经MR与随访证实的早期腔隙性脑梗死病人的常规螺旋CT、螺旋HRCT加拆薄技术表现,对病灶的大小、CT值、形态、位置、数目、出现时间进行比较。采用CochranArmitage趋势检验进行统计分析。结果常规螺旋CT能发现26例,螺旋HRCT加拆薄技术能发现46例,病灶的大小螺旋HRCT加拆薄技术较常规螺旋CT稍大1-2mm,CT值较低2-4HU,边缘较清晰,位置较准确,数目较多,出现时间较早。结论螺旋高分辨率CT加拆薄技术可提高CT对早期腔隙性脑梗死的诊断。 Objective To investigate diagnostic value of spiral high resolution CT (HRCT) and open thin technology on early of lacunar cerebral infarction. Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out to 48 cases from August 2010 to May 2012 by MR and follow-up confirmed early of lacunar cerebral infarction with conventional spiral CT, spiral HRCT and open thin technology performance analysis, the focal size, CT value, the shape, position, number, appear time were all detected for comparative analysis. Cochran Armitage trend test was used for statistical analysis. Results The conventional spiral CT found 26 cases, spiral HRCT and open thin technology found 46 cases, the size of lesions with traditional spiral CT was 1-2 mm larger, CT value was lower(2-4 HU), edge was clear, position was accurate, number was bigger, and more time was earlier. Conclusion Spiral HRCT and open thin technology can improve the diagnosis for early CT of lacunar cerebral infarction.
