沐舒坦治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效分析

Analysis on curative effect of Mucosolvan in treatment for children bronchial pneumonia

目的观察沐舒坦治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法对2009年3月至2010年10月我院收治的84例支气管肺炎患儿，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组进行常规治疗，观察组在此基础上加用沐舒坦针剂，比较两组的疗效。结果观察组在缓解咳嗽、促进哮鸣音吸收及缩短咳痰持续时间上明显优于对照组（P〈0．05），观察组总有效率为95．2％，对照组总有效率为71．4％，差异有统计学意义旧〈0．01）。结论沐舒坦辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Mucosolvan on children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods 84 cases of bronchial pneumonia from March 2009 to October 2010 were selected, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group received regular treatment, based on regular treatment, observation group also received Mucosolvan, both groups were treated by conventional treatment. Results In relieving cough, wheeze and promote absorption to shorten the duration of sputum, observation group was obviously more superior than those of the control group （P〈 0.05）, Total effective rate in observation group was 95.2%, total effective rate in control group was 71.4%, which showed significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Mucosolvan is effective in treatment for children with bronchial pneumonia.
