高中生自我效能感的差异研究

摘要 目的探讨高中生自我效能感在性别、专业、年级方面的差异,希望能为当代高中教育提供一定的理论基础,让高中教育有针对性地教学。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,对佛山市三水区三所高中900名学生进行一般自我效能感量表(GSES)测试,将获取的数据进行处理,用SPSS19.0进行统计分析。统计方法包括:描述性统计方法、T检验,方差分析。结果①高中生自我效能感在性别、专业、学校方面差异无显著性。②高一与高二、高三有明显的差异,高二与高三差异不显著。高一生自我效能感分数最低,高三自我效能感分数最高。结论高一生自我效能感最低,应针对此特点更加加强高一生的心理教育,令他们表现出更大的自信心,从而取得更多的成功。 Objective To discuss the differences of sense of self-efficacy of the high school students from different gender, subject and grade, in order to provide some theories for contemporary high school education of enhancing the pertinence of high school education. Methods A general self-efficacy scale (GSES) test was carried out to 734 students from 3 high schools by Stratified Random Sampling in Sanshui district, Foshan city. The accessed data was under statistic analysis via SPSS 19.0, the statistical methods included Descriptive Statistic, T test and Variance analysis. Results ①There was no signifi- cant effect found on self-efficacy regarding gender, subject and grades. ②Students from 1st grade had the lowest self-efficacy, students from the 3rd grade had the highest self-efficacy. Conclusion Students from 1st grade has the lowest self-efficacy. On the basis of this characteristic we should strengthen their psychologic education, which can make them have more self-confidence, so as to achieve more success.
