早期运动康复对下肢骨折治疗的作用评价

目的探讨早期运动康复对下肢骨折患者治疗疗效。方法将90例下肢骨折术后患者随机均分为两组，对照组采用术后常规护理，治疗组在术后早期进行运动康复锻炼，比较两组患者治疗疗效。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为86．67％，对照组治疗总有效率为60．00％，治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）。治疗组在术后骨折愈合时间，术后卧床时间及住院时间三个指标上均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论下肢骨折患者早期进行运动康复有利于提高治疗效果，加快骨折愈合。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of early recovery exercise in the treatment of the lower limb bone fracture. Methods 90 cases of lower limb fracture after surgery were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group accepted the conventional nursing service while the treatment group accepted recovery exercise in the early of postoperation. Clinical effect of treatment in 2 groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment in the treatment group was 86. 97% while it was 60.00% in the control group. The data in the treatment group was obviously better than the other one （P 〈 0.01）.The treatment group had shorter healing time of fracture, postoperative bed time and the hospital stays than those in the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Accepting recovery exercise in the lower limb bone fracture patients shows its advantage of improving the clinical effect, accelerating the healing of fracture.
