摘要
针对目前汽轮机油在运行过程中容易发生乳化的状况 ,讨论了汽轮机油乳化给机组带来的危害。利用显色反应对某电厂乳化汽轮机油中的表面活性物质的类型进行了鉴定。对汽轮机油乳化后形成的W/O型乳状液的稳定性进行了研究。采用破乳化剂复配处理乳化汽轮机油 ,发现GPES - 2与SP - 169破乳化剂复配具有明显的协同效应。在两个电厂乳化汽轮机油中添加复合破乳化剂 ,试验结果表明 。
Surface active substance in turbine oil was determined by the color development reaction. The stability of water-in-oil (W/O) emulsion was investigation. Influence on the stability was discussed. Demulsifiers were used in the treatment of emulsive turbine oil.[
