对韦伯"合理性铁笼"的分析试图绕过制度性路径,从行动者的角度来分析资本主义问题的产生,进而对韦伯概念的价值性进行质疑,同时也对现代性的困境进行重新解读。行动者应该对制度的运行保持必要的反思和警觉,因为行动者的参与对制度的良性运行至关重要,而行动者的纵容与娇宠也可能导致制度异化的不可挽回的恶果。

The question of the value of Weber＇s ＂rationality iron cage＂ and the modem dilemma of the rein- terpretation based on the perspective of actors instead of the traditional perspective of the institutional and ideo- logical. Actors should maintain the necessary reflection and awareness on the systerm and ideology, for the im- portance of the actors＇ participation. The connivance of the actors may also lead to irreversible consequences of the alienation.
