陈云与1949-1950年的经济危机

Chen Yun and the Economic Crisis between 1949 and 1950

从1949年4月开始,四次大的物价波动袭击中国社会,由此拉开了1949-1950年经济危机的序幕。面对危机,陈云进行了认真思考,指出财政收支不平衡,钞票发行过多;资本主义工商业不合理的机构设置和经营方式是前后两个阶段经济危机爆发的主要原因。面对危机,陈云提出了解决对策:实施必要的宏观经济调控;统一分散的财经管理体制;调整公私关系、劳资关系、产销关系,等等。

Since April of 1949, big fluctuation has attacked the Chinese society four times, the economy of China begins to fall into the turbulence and confused. To the crisis, Chen Yun thinks that main reasons are un- even financial revenue and expenditure. Too much bank note is also the reason. In addition, unreasonable orga- nization and management are main reasons of crisis. After thinking, Chen Yun thinks that we should implement necessary macroscopic economic adjustment, unify scattered system of finance and economics, adjust the relation between public and private, between production and sell, between labor and capital , and so on.
