不同冠脉病变支数的急性冠脉综合征患者血浆MMP-9水平研究

Study of the plasma MMP-9 level of the different number of coronary lesions in patients with acute coronary syndrome

目的探讨不同冠脉病变支数的急性冠脉综合征患者血浆MMP-9水平。方法选取64例急性冠脉综合征患者,根据冠脉造影结果分为单支病变组、双支病变组、三支病变组,采用ELISA法测定各组研究对象的血浆MMP-9水平。结果单支病变组、双支病变组、三支病变组的MMP-9水平分别是(192.2±13.2)ng/mL、(236.6±14.5)ng/mL、(296.7±13.6)ng/mL,两两之间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性冠脉综合征患者病变支数越多,血浆MMP-9水平越高,这提示血浆MMP-9水平可用于预测冠状动脉粥样硬化病变的严重程度。

Objective To explore plasma MMP-9 level of the different number of coronary lesions in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods According to coronary angiography,64 cases with acute coronary syndrome were divided into single-vessel disease groups,double vessel disease group and three lesions.To study the MMP-9 level measured by ELISA. Results The MMP-9 levels of single-vessel disease groups,double vessel disease group and three lesions respectively were （192.2 ±13.2）ng/mL,（236.6± 14.5）ng/mL and （296.7 ±13.6）ng/mL.There were significant differences between any two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The bigger number of diseased vessels in patients with acute coronary syndrome,the higher MMP-9 level in plasma.The MMP-9 level can be used to predict the severity of coronary atherosclerotic lesions.
