摘要
目的探讨不同灭菌方法对牡丹皮粉体主要成分含量的影响。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定牡丹皮超微粉与细粉中丹皮酚、芍药苷含量,比较流通蒸汽灭菌法、微波灭菌法及60Co辐射灭菌法对其含量及微生物限度的影响。结果 3种方法在选择的条件参数下,牡丹皮超微粉与细粉均可达到灭菌效果,芍药苷含量基本无变化;流通蒸汽灭菌法使细粉、超微粉中丹皮酚含量分别下降18.54%、21.94%;微波灭菌法分别使丹皮酚的含量下降约5%,60Co辐射灭菌前后丹皮酚含量基本无变化。结论流通蒸汽灭菌法不适合牡丹皮粉体的灭菌,宜采用60Co辐射灭菌的方法处理。
Objective To explore different sterilization methods for the influence of the main component contents of Cortex moutan powder. Methods The content of paeonol and paeonifloriu in fines and micropowder of Cortex moutan was determined by HPLC. Compare the influence of content and microbe limitation carried by circulating steam method, microwave bactericidal method and 6~Co radiation sterilization method. Results The sterilization effect of fines and micropowder of Cortex moutan were well under optimum operation parameters of the three sterilization methods. There was no statistical difference in the content of paeoniflorin among the three sterilization methods. The circulating steam method dropped the content of paeonol by 21.94%, the microwave bactericidal method dropped the content of paeonol by 5%, and there was no statistical difference in the content of paeonol carried by 60Co radiation sterilization method. Conclusion The circulating steam method was not suitable for Cortex moutan powder, and 60Co radiation sterilization method was well.
