综合护理在冠心病治疗过程中的效果评估研究

Effect evaluation research of treating coronary heart disease by integrated nursing

目的探讨评估综合护理在冠心病治疗过程中的效果。方法 2009年6月～2011年6月对90例冠心病患者分别进行一般护理及综合护理,根据统一标准进行测评。结果临床效果:一般护理治疗组总有效率为86.7%,综合护理治疗组总有效率为97.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);坚持服药依从性:综合护理组:护理前总服药率为84.4%,护理后总服药率为97.8%,护理前后综合护理治疗组两者比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);一般护理治疗组总服药率为88.9%,而综合护理治疗组总服药率为96.7%,两组护理疗效结果之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取综合护理护理冠心病患者,可以明显缓解患者病情,提高临床治疗效果,应该引起足够重视,值得借鉴推广。

Objective To investigate and evaluate the effect of the integrated nursing in the process of the coronary heart disease. Methods Between June 2009 and June 2010,the 180 cases of the coronary heart disease patients were nursed apartly by either the general duty nursing or the integrated nursing.Using the unified checking criteria,both of them were proceed to assess after testing and measuring. Results The clinic effectiveness：the total effective rates of group the general duty nursing and group the integrated nursing apartly are 86.7% and 97.8%,and the results of both groups were compared,and their differences all were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.Insisting on the drug administration dependence：group the integrated nursing：Before and after the nursing care,both the total drug administration rates apartly are 84.4% and 97.8%. And the results of both groups were compared,and their differences all were statistically significant（P 〈 0.01）.The total drug administration rates of group the general duty nursing and group the integrated nursing apartly are 88.9% and 96.7%.And the results of both groups were compared,and their differences all were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The patients of the coronary heart disease by the integrated nursing could obviously release the patients＇ condition and increase the clinical treatment effectiveness.It could be thought highly of and be worth being mirrored and spreaded.
