贵阳医学院附属医院门诊药房退药情况的分析和思考

Analysis and think about the situation of drug withdrawal in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital

目的减少门诊退药行为,减少医患纠纷,提高医疗质量。方法对门诊药房的退药情况进行统计,分析退药原因,讨论对策。结果退药原因主要有:患者因素(41.7%)、药品因素(29.5%)、院方因素(25%)。结论改变服务观念,提升患者满意度,严格退药。

Objective To reduce drug withdrawal in outpatient pharmacy, reduce medical disputes, and improve the quality of medical care. Mthods Statistics the situation of drug withdrawal in outpatient pharmacy and analysis the reasons of drug withdrawal, discuss the countermeasure. Results The main reasons of drug withdrawal were the patient factors （41.7%）, factors of drug （29.5%）, and factors of the hospital （25%）. Conclusion The hospital should change the service idea and enhance the satisfaction of oatient and strict drug withdrawal.
