摘要
利用X射线衍射的分析方法 ,对不同热处理工艺下的 1Cr12Mo方钢沿其截面层深对残余应力进行了测试分析。试验结果表明 ,残余应力水平与回火冷却速度有关 ;残余应力的消除主要取决于除应力温度 ,与延长保温时间关系不大 ;
With the aid of X ray diffraction,1Cr12Mo billets under different heat treatment process were tested and analyzed along section in order to determine residual stress.It shows that residual stress level is concerned with tempering cooling speed,the relief of residual stress chiefly depends on its temperature rather than its holding time,and residual stress distributed shapes are completely different for different section billets.
