摘要
目的探讨低位产钳术在头位难产中的应用指征以及对母儿健康的影响。方法对笔者所在医院196例产钳助产术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组196例患者产钳术并发症的发生率为13.78%(27/196),胎儿方面并发症发生率为7.21%(23/319)。结论在处理头位难产时,正确合理的使用产钳,可减少母婴并发症,降低剖宫产率。
Objective To investigate the application of low forceps delivery in cephalic presentation dystocia and its effects on the health of mothers and neonatus. Methods The data of 196 cases of obstetrical forceps midwifery in our hospital were analyzed. Results The maternal complications caused by low forceps delivery were 13.78% （27/196）; the fetal complications caused by low forceps delivery were 7.21% （23/319）. Conclusion In cephalic presentation dystocia, the rate of maternal and fetal complications and caesarean section can be reduced by the correct use of obstetrical forceps.
