鼻咽癌放疗术后随访结果分析

Analysis of the nasal complication of patients with nasopharyngeal Carcinoma after radiotherapy

目的观察分析鼻咽癌放疗进入随访期后的并发症发生情况。方法运用CT、鼻内窥镜等检查方法对125例鼻咽癌患者进行随访观察。结果入选患者随访期发生慢性化脓性鼻窦炎102例;鼻腔粘连68例,其中后鼻孔闭锁8例,萎缩性鼻炎8例,鼻腔大出血3例。结论鼻咽癌放疗术后患者进入随访期后,其发生鼻部并发症得发生率很高,如何减少随访期并发症,提高随访期患者的生存质量,应给于足够的重视。

Objective To observe the nasal complication of long-term survivors with nasopharyngeal Carcinoma after radiotherapy. Methods By CT, nasal endoscopy and other tests, Follow-up observation of 125 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy in patients with more than 5 years concurrent nasal disease. Results Complication after radiotherapy of chronic purulent sinusitis 102 cases, 68 cases of nasal adhesions, of which 9 cases of choanal atresia, 7 cases of atrophic rhinitis, 3 cases of a large number of nasal bleeding. Conclusion Long-term survivors after radiotherapy of the high incidence of nasal complication, how to reduce these complication and improve the quality of life of patients and should be taken seriously enough.
