核电凝汽器防泄漏措施

摘要 作者在岭奥核电站从事核电辅机的设计及开发 ,对核电的主要辅机凝汽器进行了深入的研究 ,认识到核电凝汽器的水侧至汽侧的严密性至关重要 ,它直接影响到机组的安全运行。本文作者从其亲身参加电站机组运行的经历 ,及针对核电凝汽器发生的问题的现场处理 ,就影响核电凝汽器的密封性能的几个因素进行了分析 ,并提出了一些防止凝汽器泄漏的措施 。 The authors of this paper are engaged in the research and development of auxiliary equipments in Lingao nuclear power plant. After deeply studying the condenser, a main auxiliary equipment of nuclear turbine, the authors think that the quality of seal at water side and steam side of condenser is very important, which directly affects the safe operation of turbo generator. Based on the experiences of solving power plant operation problems at site, the authors analyze several factors which affect the seal of condenser and come up with some methods to prevent the condenser from leaking. They hope that the paper can do some help to those who are working on nuclear turbine and designing auxiliary equipments.
