摘要
采用氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)、巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷(MPTES)对腈纶纤维(PAN)进行改性,得到一种具有多配位基的腈纶纤维,这些配位基对银有较强的螯合作用,可直接用于化学镀银处理,无需粗化、敏化、活化.探讨了改性剂质量分数、温度、时间对化学镀银效果的影响.采用FTIR、SEM、TG表征了腈纶纤维的分子结构、外貌形态和热性能,对纤维化学镀银后的导电性、抗静电性、耐腐蚀性做了相应的测试.试验结果表明:改性后的腈纶纤维化学镀银后镀银层均匀致密,导电性良好,具有较好的耐腐蚀性和抗静电性.
Polyacrylonitrile(PAN) fibers were modified with aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APTES) and mer captopropyltriethoxysilane(MPTES),and one kind of multi-coordinating groups of PAN fibers was obtained.The coordinating groups had strong chelating effect with sliver and can be directly used in silver plating with out roughening,sensitization and activation.The influences of modifier concentration,modification temperature and time on the effect of silver plating were investigated.The molecular structure,morphology and thermal properties of PAN fibers were characterized by FTIR,SEM and TG.The electrical conductivity,anti-static prop erty and corrosion resistance of silver plated fibers were measured.The results showed that the silver plating layer of the silver plated modified PAN fibers was even and compact,and had good corrosion resistance and antistatic property.
