摘要
棉袜经硅溶胶-凝胶整理后,在穿着时可通过摩擦释放负离子,从而抑制细菌代谢起到防臭功效.采用试验室自组装负离子测试装置对整理后棉袜的负离子释放量进行测试,筛选出最佳整理工艺为:n(水)∶n(KH-560)=20∶1,合成硅溶胶-凝胶后用量为20 g/L,轧余率为70%,80℃预烘20 min,再120℃焙烘3 min.由此最佳工艺整理的棉袜负离子释放量大于1 000个/cm3.细菌培养试验结果照片显示:整理后的棉袜穿后附着的细菌菌落比未整理同种棉袜显著减少,表现出明显的防臭效果.
After being finished with silica sol-gel,the cotton socks can release negative oxygen ions by rubbing during the wearing,which can inhibit the bacterial metabolism to prevent odor.The testing device of negative oxygen ions assembled in lab was used to measure the release amount of negative oxygen ions.The optimized processing conditions were as follows: n(water)∶n(KH-560)=20∶1,20 g/L of silica sol-gel,70% of pickup,drying at 80 ℃ for 20 min,curing at 120 ℃ for 3 min.The results showed that the finished socks could release more than 1 000 ions/cm3 of negative oxygen ions.It can be found from the results of the germi culture that the amount of bacteria attached on the finished sock was greatly decreased compared with that of the control one,which exhibited good deodorant effect after being finished with sol-gel.
