摘要
对双组分变色龙涤纶织物采用2种染料同浴染色,取代一浴两步法和两浴法工艺.正交试验结果表明,染色工艺为:升温速率1.0℃/min,120℃保温50 min,pH=5.双组分变色龙涤纶织物的抗静电性、亲水性、差热量和悬垂性等介于改性涤纶与普通涤纶之间.
The bi-component polyester fabric was dyed with two dyes in one-bath process,insteading of one-bath two-step dyeing and two-bath dyeing.The dyeing orthogonal design test showed that the opti mum dyeing processe was: the temperature rising rate was 1.0 ℃/min,held at 120 ℃ for 50 min,pH=5.The antistatic property,hydrophilicity,differential heat,drapability etc were between the modified polyester and general polyester.
