摘要
本文提针对青山电厂12号锅炉排烟温度偏高的问题,通过对现场运行情况和测试数据的分析以及各种理论计算结果的比较,初步找出了排烟温度偏高的原因,并提出了降低排烟温度的措施。
The No.12 steam boiler in the Qingshan Power Plant in Province Hubei is a subcritical-pressure single-reheating boiler of Model HG-1021/18.2-PM7, manufactured by the Harbin Boiler Company Ltd. The design exit flue gas temperature is 137℃. By comparison, the actual average exit flue gas temperature was ca. 177℃ under the full-load operating condition. This ca. 40℃ higher exit flue gas temperature led to a higher waste heat loss and thus reduced the boiler efficiency. In this work, the problem of higher exit flue gas temperature on the 1021 t/h boiler in the Qingshan Power Plant was investigated. Based on an investigation on the operating characteristics, the analysis of the measuring results and the theoretical calculation, the reason for the deviation of the exit flue gas temperature from its design value was analyzed. In the end, sugesstions for improvement on this problem were proposed.
