摘要 目的探索密切值法在急诊科护士带教能力综合评价中的应用效果。方法在应用文献分析、科内讨论、专家咨询确定急诊科护士带教能力综合评价指标体系及权重的基础上,应用密切值法对急诊科护士的带教能力进行综合评价。结果学生反馈良好,81.3%的急诊科护士认为该综合评价较客观地体现了护士的带教能力,有利于其综合带教能力的提高。结论采取密切值法对急诊科护士的带教能力进行综合评价,具有计算简便、容易理解、评价全面等优点,根据评价结果选拔带教老师、安排带教工作是切实可行的。 Objective To verify the application effect of osculating value method in comprehensive evaluation on the clinical teaching ability of emergency nurses. Methods On the basis of the comprehensive evaluation index system and weight for the clinical teaching ability of emergency nurses identified by the literature analysis, expert visit, division discuss and expert advisory, osculating value method was used to comprehensively evaluate the clinical teaching ability of emergency nurses. Results The feedback of students was good. 81.3 % of the nurses believed that the comprehensive evaluation objectively presented the clinical teaching ability of nurses, which was beneficial for raising the comprehensive teaching ability of emergency nurses. Conclusion Osculating value method is simple in calculation, easy to understand and more comprehensive to evaluate the clinical teaching ability of emergency nurses. It is feasible to select the teacher and arrange the teaching work according to the evaluation results.
