摘要
目的了解不同学历层次新进护理人员对患者安全文化相关知识的认知现状,为针对性开展新进护理人员的患者安全文化教育提供依据。方法 2011年7月,采用自行设计的患者安全文化相关知识问卷对某医院新报到的136名不同学历层次新进护理人员进行调查。结果不同学历层次新进护理人员在本次患者安全文化相关知识认知现状的调查中,"报告已经发生的安全(不良)事件"等5个条目的总体认同率较高(≥85.00%),且不同学历层次新进护理人员的认同率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);"安全(不良)事件的汇报不应基于惩罚制度的建立"等3个条目的总体认同率偏低(≤75.00%),且不同学历层次新进护理人员的认同率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其余2个条目的总体认同率处于中等水平,且不同学历层次新进护理人员的认同率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论护理管理者应结合不同学历层次新进护理人员的具体情况,有针对性地开展患者安全文化教育,提升护生对患者安全文化的认知,以避免或减少不安全事件的发生。
Objective To compare and analyze the awareness of knowledge concerning patients safety culture among new employees with different educational backgrounds, in order to provide proof for giving patients safety education to new nurses efficiently. Methods In July 2011,136 nursing graduates were interviewed by self-designed questionnaires on constituting knowledge of patient safety culture. Results The survey indicated that the overall acceptance rates were comparatively higher in 5 items of safety(adverse) events which already occurred (≥85.00%) and no significant difference was observed among the new employees with different education backgrounds(P〉0.05); the overall acceptance rates were comparatively lower in 3 items that safety (adverse) events reporting should not be based on the establishment of the system of penalties (≤75. 00%) and significant difference was observed among the new employees with different education backgrounds(P〈0.05). The overall acceptance rates were in the middle level in 2 items and no significant difference was observed among the new employees with different education backgrounds (P〉0.05). Conclusion Nursing administrators should conduct targeted education for patient safety culture according to new employees' different education backgrounds, improve nurses' cognition on patient safety culture to prevent or reduce the unsafe events.
