China's current study on the EU agri-environmental measures is very few,or passing,or a brief description about the contents of agri-environmental measures,the EU agri-environmental measures as the theoretical basis,details of the law,practice and results achieved not to be covered.Based on the analysis of the EU agri-environmental measures in the theory and practice related knowledge level and combined with our state of the environment and agricultural production in the absence of relevant laws,the paper comes to the EU agri-environmental measures of the enlightenment.
