高等职业教育系统整体的本质属性特殊性特征的澄明,必须坚持系统论的观点,在系统的整体性、层次性及关联性上展开系统深入的探讨,以科学地把握其"教育性"与"职业性"本质属性的特殊性特征.同时,还必须坚持方法论的观点,运用"认识"与"改造"的原则,坚持历史唯物主义的方法与实时动态的方法,坚持实践的方法与创新的方法,做到思想创新、理论创新与实践创新,以科学地把握其"职业性"本质属性的特殊性特征.

To clarify special characteristic of essential attribute of the whole higher vocational ed- ucation system, we should carry out systemic and deep discussion on integrity, hierarchy and correlation of the system insisting on the viewpoint of system theory to grasp the special charac- teristic of educational and occupational essential attribute scientifically. Meanwhile, we should make thought innovation, theory innovation and practice innovation using the principle of under- standing and transformation, insisting on method of historical materialism as well as real--time dynamic and practice as well as innovation to grasp the special characteristic of occupational es- sential attribute scientifically.
