我国已步入老龄化社会,推动养老事业由"生存型"向"文化型"转变,建设培养合格的养老服务创业团队十分重要.结合齐齐哈尔工程学院家政教学中心创业团队建设,对养老服务创业团队的培养内容和培养方法进行了分析探讨.

Our country has entered the aging society. It is very important to promote the provi- ding for the aged to transform from survival type to cultural type and cultivate qualified entrepre- neurial team of service for the aged. Combined with the entrepreneurial team construction of housekeeping teaching center in Qiqihaer engineering college, this paper analyzes and discusses the cultivation content and method of entrepreneurial team of service for the aged.
