基于DSP TMS320F2812的微型直流调速压缩机控制器的设计

摘要 为了降低直流变频控制器对微型直流调速压缩机参数敏感度问题,系统采用TMS320F2812 DSP与IR2136,实现了微型直流调速压缩机的数字PID方波控制。该压缩机采用无位置传感器无刷直流电机,电机起动采用磁定位开环控制,电机反电势信号通过硬件电路检测,主逆变电路采用驱动芯片+MOSFET的形式,键盘和液晶屏用于设定和显示转速值。实验表明,该系统具有起动性能好,对压缩机参数敏感度低,调速范围宽,保护功能可靠,具有广阔的应用前景。 In order to reduce the parameter sensitivity problem of DC Inverter for miniature DC Inverter compressor, system adopted TMS320F2812 DSP and IR2136, realized the digital PID square wave control to miniature DC Inverter compressor. The compressor adopted sensorless brushless DC motor, motor started by the magnetic positioning open-loop control, the back emf signs of the motor were tested through the hardware circuit, inverter circuits used drive chip + MOSFET form, the keyboard and LCD display used to set speed and display speed value. Experimental results show that the system has good starting performance, lower compressor parameter sensitivity, wide range of speed regulation, and reliable protection function, with a very broad application prospects..
