地勘项目成果评审时的电子数据验收

Acceptance check of electronic data in evaluation of geological exploration project results

在目前地质、矿产勘查项目成果验收时大多注重项目的纸质文字报告、设计(或工作方案)、数表、图件等成果,往往忽视了成果中非常重要的内容——电子数据。本文第2节在给出电子数据的定义后,表述了电子数据的格式。第3节论述了电子数据的验收内容。第4节则叙述了电子数据的验收程序。需要强调的是,电子数据是项目成果的重要组成部分,是当前地勘项目成果管理的主要内容之一。电子数据的验收结论也是整个成果评审的一个重要依据。只有电子数据按相关标准、规范验收并妥善归档后,地勘项目成果验收才能真正宣告结束。地勘项目成果才能得到长期、安全的保存和应用。

Currently,during acceptance check of geological and mineral exploration project results,much attention has been paid on check of paper work report,design,table and graph,less on the very important part,electronic data.This paper gave definition of electronic data in chapter 2 and told the format,discussed the content for checking electronic data in chapter 3,and the procedure of acceptance check in chapter 4.Iit should be noted that electronic data is an important part of project result,one of the major contents for geological exploration project results management.The acceptance check conclusion of electronic data is a key basis of the whole evaluation.Only after electronic data are accepted and filed according to relevant standards and norms can the acceptance check work be claimed to be over.
