双语教学在《人体寄生虫学》中的应用效果初探

摘要 目的探索双语教学在《人体寄生虫学》教学中的可行性.方法采用渗透型和穿插型相结合的教学模式在预防班实施双语教学,选择另外两个班作为对照,以相同的考试题目对学生的学习情况进行考核.结果 3个班的学生的考试成绩均呈正偏态分布,预防班的成绩最接近于正态分布;预防班的优秀率是临床六大班的1.97倍,是影像班的5.74倍,各班的及格率、平均分无统计学差异.结论适当比例的双语教学不会影响学生对专业知识的掌握,在一定程度上还可激发学生的学习兴趣. Objective To explore the feasibility of bilingual teaching in human Parasitology.Methods We practiced the bilingual instruction with penetrating and alternating modes in students major in preventive medicine,and took the other two classes as control,the same test papers were chosen to evaluate the students.Results Scores of the three classes was positive skewness,the bilingual teaching class was nearly skewness,with the excellent rate 1.97 times higher than clinical class and 5.74 times higher than imaging class.No significant differences in passing grade and average score were found among three classes.Conclusions Appropriate bilingual teaching benefits the students in grasping knowledge and stimulating the interest.
