摘要
目的研究合成黄藤素和天然黄藤素抗炎方面的药效差异.方法将实验动物分为空白对照组,合成黄藤素2个剂量组和天然黄藤素2个剂量组(大鼠0.1 g/kg,0.2 g/kg;小鼠0.2 g/kg,0.4 g/kg),观察合成黄藤素和天然黄藤素对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀以及大鼠棉球肉芽肿的影响.结果合成黄藤素和天然黄藤素对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀、角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽肿有明显抑制作用.结论合成黄藤素和天然黄藤素都具有明显的抗炎作用,并且合成黄藤素和天然黄藤素的药效没有明显差异.
Objective To study the differences in anti-inflammatory efficacy of synthesized palmatine and natural palmatine.Methods Animals were randomly divided into:control group,two dosage groups of synthesized palmatine(rats 0.1 g/kg,0.2 g/kg;rats 0.2 g/kg,0.4 g/kg)and two dosage groups of natural palmatine(rats 0.1 g/kg,0.2 g/kg;rats 0.2 g/kg,0.4 g/kg).The inhibitory effects of synthesized palmatine and natural palmatine were compared on the mice ear edema produced by dimethyl-benzene,the rats Paw edema produced by Carrageenan and the cotton ball-induced granuloma in rats.Result Synthesized palmatine and natural palmatine inhibited the dimethyl-benzene induced ear swelling,Carrageenan-induced rat paw edema and cotton ball-induced granuloma.Conclusion Synthesized palmatine and natural palmatine have significant anti-inflammatory effect,and there is no obvious difference in efficacy.
