摘要 目的优选珍珠菜中芦丁、异槲皮苷、山柰酚3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷及紫云英苷的最佳提取工艺.方法通过正交试验设计考察甲醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度、料液比对珍珠菜中4种黄酮含量的影响.结果最佳提取工艺条件为70%甲醇,提取时间45 min,提取温度45℃,料液比(g/mL)1:100.结论该工艺稳定、有效,简单易行. Objective To optimize the extraction technology and condition of rutin,isoquercitrin,kaempferol 3-O-β-D-galactoside and astragalin from Lysimachia clethroides Duby.Method The concentration of methanol,the amount of solvent,extraction times and the solid-liquid ratio were investigated by orthogonal design experiment.Result The optimum extract conditions were: 70% methanol as the extraction solvent,45 min of extraction time,45°C of extraction temperature and 1:100 of the solid-liquid ratio.Conclusion The optimum process of four flavonoids is stable,effective and simple.
