摘要
在以奥克托今 (HMX)为基的浇注固化炸药 (ECX)体系中 ,界面存在“脱粘”观象 ,加入少量偶联剂可有效地改善HMX晶体的表面状态 ,增强晶体与粘接剂之间的界面作用 ,提高粘结强度。实验表明 :分子中同时含有羟基和胺基的酰胺类化合物是ECX合适的偶联剂。
Similar to other polymerbonded explosives (PBX),“debonding” appears in HMXbased extrudable cast explosive (ECX).In order to solve this problem,a small quantity of coupling agent could be added to improve the surface state of HMX crystal so as to strengthen its affinity to the binder. To evaluate the behavior of different coupling agents in HMXbased ECX,the charges were tensile tested and the section of tested samples were observed by using scanning electronic microscope (SEM) combined with FTIR spectrum. The experimental results indicate that the interaction of the interface between HMX and hydroxyterminated polymer is very weak,showing apparent debonding. Among the coupling agents tested,the amide containing both hydroxy and amino group shows a satisfied effect because of its high affinity to HMX crystal and taking part in the crosslink reaction of binder ingredients.
