摘要
ICS1 0型汽油机电控单元 (ECU)是上海交通大学内燃机研究所自行开发的汽油机控制系统 ,它的硬件设计融合了目前国际最先进的电子技术 ,具有集成度高、功能强大和可靠性高等特点。ECU的控制电路主要包括传感器及其处理电路、微控器和执行器三大部分 ,系统还充分地考虑了与环境适应性、自保护、自诊断及抗干扰特性。并结合优化的控制软件进行了电控台架试验和匹配AJR型汽油机台架试验 ,在满足动力性、经济性指标的同时降低了排放、验证了MICS1 0型ECU的可行性、可靠性和精确性 。
MICS1.0 type Electronic Control Unit (ECU) is the control system of SI Engine designed by ICE Research Institute of SJTU.Its hardware design combines advanced electronic technology in the world,and has high integration,great function and improved reliability.The control circuit mainly includes three parts of sensors input and processing,microcontroller,and actuators,and fully considers the adaptability with the environment,self protection,self diagnostic and anti-jamming characteristics.By the experiments of electronic control panel and the expriments on a dynamometer of matching AJR type SI engine,improved power,fuel economy and reduced emissions were obtained combining the software control stategies.MICS1.0 ECU is fit for the control of medium and small type SI engine because the feasibility,reliability and accuracy have been proved.
