摘要
根据分层抽样原则选取20个班级的班委群体作为研究对象,探讨高职院校班委群体中各成员的认知方式与其整体效能之间的关系。结果表明,高职院校班委群体成员的认知方式,中间型占大多数;高整体效能和低整体效能两类班委群体分布差距不甚明显,在中间型上存在较大差异;文科和理工科班委群体成员的认知方式在场独立型上存在显著差异。班长是否具有鲜明的认知方式与班委群体高整体效能的形成有较大的关系。
According to the principle of stratified sample, we took 20 class-leader-groups as subjects to study the relationship between group members' cognitive styles and the groups' overall efficiency. The survey shows that among the group members' cognitive styles, most belong to the middle type. There are few differences between class-leader-groups with high efficiency and those with low efficiency. However, there are many differences between those with middle type. The cognitive style of Art group members is greatly different that of Science group members, whether the monitor has a clear cognitive style is closely relatrd to the of class-leader-group's overall efficiency.
