摘要
γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)作为一种神经抑制性的游离氨基酸,主要存在于作物的胚部,具有抑制神经、抑制血压等生理功能。利用萌动期杂豆作物中γ-氨基丁酸的富集特点,采用双螺杆挤压膨化等技术,研制出富含γ-氨基丁酸及多种营养特色的营养强化米。
Gamma Amino-Butyric Acid (GABA), as a kind of neural inhibits the free amino acid, mainly exists in crops of embryo, can inhibit nerve and blood pressure physiology function. In this paper, using character of Gamma Amino-Butyric Acid enrichment in germinal time beans crops, and double screw extrusion technology, a nutrition fortified rise rich in Gamma-Amino-Butyric and variety of characteristic is researched.
