Effect of Company Simulation Teaching on Science and Technology of Animal Products

研究实践教学在畜产品加工学的教学效果。由于传统教育体制、投资不足、企业的技术支持有限等问题限制了畜产品加工学实践教学的发展。企业模拟教学不仅可以锻炼学生的创造力和应用能力,还可以提高畜产品加工教学的质量。

The effect of practice education on science and technology of animal products is investigated. The development of practice education is limited by old education system, absence of investment, and deficiency of technical support of company in Hainan University. The company simulation class may train creativity and application ability of student and improve quality of practice education on science and technology of animal products.
