摘要
针对板料成形回弹数值难以精确测量、实际误差无法全面估计等问题,采用近景摄影测量系统和面扫描系统相结合的测量方法对板料的成形过程回弹进行了研究,提出了一种精确获得板料成形空间回弹量的新方法,研究了该方法的原理、程序和步骤.结合本方法定义了板料回弹评价的新指标S,该指标用空间回弹值和x、y、z三个方向回弹值组成的向量来表示,以某型号冰箱门外壳为实例进行了成形回弹量的检测和评价.结果表明:对于冰箱门外壳大表面,三维空间回弹数值的影响主要来自z方向,x方向回弹数值为0,y方向影响较小,三维空间回弹数值大小和方向与z方向回弹值的大小和方向保持完全一致.
To overcome the problem that the springback value of sheet metal forming is difficult to accurately measure and the actual error can not be fully estimated, springback in sheet metal forming are studied using the close range photogrammetry system and the surface scanning system. A new method for getting the accurate spatial springback value of sheet metal forming is put forward. The principle, program and steps of this new method are studied. Coupled with this method, the other new methods for the evaluation of the sheet springback is put forward. The new evaluation indicator S of sheet spri and three values along x, y and z directions,, is defined. Th ngback,which consists of a space springback value e springback value of a refrigerator door shell model has been detected and evaluated as an example. The results are expressed for the large surface of the refrigera- tor door the shell, space springback value are mainly depended on value of the z direction ,the impact of y di- rection is relatively small and x direction is zero. The magnitude and direction of 3D space springback are keeped consistent with z direction.
