老年患者术前呼吸功能评估 被引量：2

摘要 术后呼吸系统并发症（postoperative pulmonary complication,PPC）〔1〕是手术后较为常见的并发症之一,它将增加死亡率,延迟康复,增加医疗费用。因此,充分的术前呼吸功能的评估对于老年人术后呼吸系统并发症的防治、手术成败以及术后康复是否顺利至关重要。
