原发性胆囊癌的漏诊和误诊分析

Analysis of missed diagnosis and diagnostic errors on primary gallbladder carcinoma patients

目的:提高原发性胆囊癌早期诊断率。方法:回顾性分析我院经术后病理明确诊断为原发性胆囊癌的43例患者的临床资料,对漏诊和误诊情况进行分析。结果:术前误诊率为37.2%,正确诊断率为62.8%。4例误诊为胆囊炎、2例误诊为胆囊结石,4例误诊为胆囊腺瘤,6例误诊为胆囊息肉。年龄越大误诊率越高。结论:原发性胆囊癌具有较高的术前误诊率,应加强对胆囊癌与其他胆道疾病的鉴别诊断,充分认识B超的影像学特点,以提高术前胆囊癌的诊断率。

Objective：To improve the early diagnosis rate of primary gallbladder carcinoma. Methods： Clinical data of 43 gallbladder patients was retrospectively analysed in which the missed diagnosis and misdiagnose reasons were .analyzed. Results： Misdiagnosis rate was 37.2% ,corrected diagnosis rate was 62.8%.0f those misdiagnosed patlents,4 cases were diagnosed cholccystitls, 2 cases were diagnosed gallbladder stone,4 cases were diagnosed adenoma gall bladder,6 were diagnosed gallbladder polyps in which the higher misdiagnosis rate were the older patients. Conclusion： Primary gallbladder carcinoma has high misdiagnosis rate in which doctors should fully understand the differential diagnosis of primary gallbladder carcinoma and other biliary tract disease and B ultrasonic imaging characteristics in order to improve preoperative diagnosis rate of primary gallbladder carcinoma.
