地特胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗早期2型糖尿病38例疗效观察

Clinical observation of treating 38 early type 2 diabetes patients by using insulin detemir combined with repaglinide

目的:观察地特胰岛素联合口服降糖药在2型糖尿病中的治疗效果。方法:将38例2型糖尿病患者随机分成两组,每组各19例,对照组单纯使用口服降糖治疗,治疗组用地特胰岛素联合口服降糖药。观察两组患者的空腹血糖值(FPG)、餐后2h血糖值(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、体重指数(BMI)。结果:观察组各项指标与对照组相比均有显著性差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:地特胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病较单纯使用胰岛素效果好。

Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of insulin detemir injection combined with oral hypoglycemic drugs on type 2 diabetes patients. Methods： 38 sample patients were randomly divided into 2 groups（each group 19 cases）. Patients in control group wereexclusively cured by taking oral hypoglyeemic drugs, and patients in experiment group were cured by taking oral hypoglycemic drugs accompanied with insulin detemir injectiorL Some indexes were critical to observe： FPG （fasting plasma glucose）, 2hPG（plasma glucose 2h after meal）, HbAlc（glycosylated hemoglobin）, and BMI（body mass index）. Results： There were a significant difference between the index of control group and those of experiment group, so it should analysed in statistics concern（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： The combination of insulin detemir injection and repaglinide has a better clinical curative effect on type 2 diabetes patients.
