煤炭矿井事故致连枷胸23例临床救治分析

摘要 目的:探讨煤炭矿井事故致连枷胸的抢救与治疗策略。方法:分析我院2003年1月至2010年6月期间收治的23例重型创伤性连枷胸患者的临床资料。结果:治愈21例,死亡2例。肺挫伤和反常呼吸运动是引起急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)和呼吸功能衰竭的主要原因。结论:采取胸壁固定、进行人工机械通气、积极治疗肺挫伤以及合并伤的综合治疗措施是提高治愈率的关键。
